For yards that got away from you
Sometimes the yard needs more than a mow — it needs a reset. Our seasonal cleanup is a deep, one-time overhaul: we cut back overgrowth, clear leaves and branches, clean out beds, edge everything, and haul it all away. You get a yard that looks maintained again in a single day.
What a cleanup includes
We mow and edge the lawn, trim overgrown shrubs back into shape, pull weeds from beds, clear leaves and fallen branches, clean debris from corners and fence lines, and blow everything clean. If storms left limbs down, we cut and haul those too. The truck leaves full; your yard stays clean.
When cleanups make sense
Spring cleanups clear winter's debris and get beds ready for the growing season. Fall cleanups handle leaf drop and storm-season limbs. And anytime cleanups rescue yards that sat untended for months — before listing a home, after buying one, or when life just got busy.
How It Works
- Free on-site quote. Cleanups vary too much to price blind, so we walk the property with you. You get a written price for the whole job — not an hourly meter running.
- We bring the crew and the truck. A cleanup is not a one-guy-with-a-mower job. We bring the crew, the tools, and the truck space to finish in a day and haul everything away.
- Cut, clear, and shape. Overgrowth gets cut back, shrubs get shaped, weeds get pulled, leaves and branches get cleared, beds get cleaned out. The lawn gets mowed and edged last so it finishes crisp.
- Detail the edges. Fence lines, corners, AC units, play areas — the spots where debris collects get cleaned by hand. These details are what make a cleanup look professional instead of just “mowed.”
- Haul it all away. Leaves, limbs, clippings, and junk vegetation leave on our truck. Your bins stay empty and there is no pile on the curb.
- Walk-through before we leave. We walk the finished yard with you. If something is not right, we fix it on the spot — not next week.
Spring, fall, or storm: three kinds of cleanup
Spring cleanups (February–March) clear what winter left behind: fallen leaves, dead palm fronds, storm limbs, and weedy beds — and they get the yard ready for the growing season. This is the most popular cleanup of the year.
Fall cleanups (October–November) handle leaf drop from the oaks, cut back summer overgrowth, and clear out beds before the holidays. A fall cleanup is also the perfect setup for seasonal color planting.
Storm cleanups happen whenever the weather says so. Downed limbs, scattered debris, shredded beds — we cut, clear, and haul it so your yard recovers fast. After a big storm we prioritize existing customers first, then work through the call list in order.
Hurricane season in Orlando
Hurricane season runs June through November, and yard debris becomes a real problem: loose limbs turn into projectiles, clogged beds and drains flood, and a yard full of debris after a storm is overwhelming. A pre-season cleanup in late May or June — trimming weak limbs, clearing deadwood, cleaning beds and drains — is among the most affordable storm prep a homeowner can do. And if a storm hits anyway, one call gets you on the cleanup list.
What we haul (and what we don't)
We haul all yard waste: leaves, limbs, branches, clippings, pulled weeds, dead plants, and palm fronds. What we do not haul is household junk, construction debris, or hazardous material — that needs different trucks and different disposal. If you are not sure whether something qualifies, ask when you call; we will give you a straight answer.
The perfect on-ramp to regular care
Most cleanup customers roll straight into a weekly mowing plan once they see the yard reset — it is far easier to keep a clean yard clean than to rescue it twice a year. But there is no obligation; a cleanup is a one-time job with a written price up front.
Cleanups for rentals and listings
A lot of our cleanups are not for homeowners — they are for landlords turning a property between tenants and sellers getting ready for listing photos. Both have the same math: a clean yard rents and sells faster, and the cleanup costs far less than another vacant month or a low offer.
For rentals, we reset the yard between tenants: overgrowth cut back, beds cleaned, lawn mowed and edged, everything hauled. For listings, we time the cleanup just before the photographer arrives, so the curb appeal is at its peak in every photo. Tell us the deadline and we will hit it.
HOA violation cleanups
Got the letter? HOA violation notices usually give you a short window — often 15 to 30 days — to fix the problem or face fines. Overgrown lawns, weedy beds, and debris are the most common violations we see, and a cleanup resolves all three in a day.
Call us the day you get the notice. We will walk the property, quote the cleanup, and schedule it with time to spare before your deadline. Bring the violation letter to the walk-through so we fix exactly what the HOA flagged — no guesswork, no second letter.
